1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of DreamSpace (DreamSpace: AI Interior Design), provided by Melih Arık, Türkiye. By using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies. If the two conflict on a point, Apple's EULA prevails for that point.

2. What the app does

DreamSpace uses AI to generate redesigned images of a room from a photo you provide, a room type and your description. The images are generated by a third-party AI service (see the Privacy Policy). Your first two designs are free; more designs and the design history need Premium.

3. AI output disclaimer

Designs are AI-generated visualisations for inspiration. They may be inaccurate, may alter the room's layout, and may show furniture, finishes or structures that are impractical, unavailable or unsafe to build. They are not architectural, engineering or professional design advice, and are not to scale. Check dimensions, building codes and costs with a qualified professional before acting on them.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and descriptions you provide and you confirm you have the right to use them. You give us a limited licence to store and process them with our service providers (listed in the Privacy Policy) only to operate the app.

To the extent allowed by law and by the terms of the services we use, you may use the generated images for personal and commercial purposes, including sharing them and using them in property listings as virtual staging. We do not promise that AI-generated images are free of third-party rights, and you are responsible for how you use them.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload photos of people, of other people's private property without permission, or unlawful, abusive or sexual content.
  • Do not use the app to deceive others. If you use a generated image in a property listing or advertisement, label it clearly as virtually staged or AI-edited, and do not use it to hide the real condition of a property.
  • Do not interfere with the app, reverse engineer it or misuse the services behind it.

6. Premium, subscriptions and purchases

Premium is offered as a weekly or three-month auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Options and prices are shown on the in-app purchase screen before you buy.

Subscriptions: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Lifetime purchase: a single payment that unlocks Premium for the Apple Account that bought it for as long as the app and the services it depends on are offered. You can restore it on another device from the purchase screen.

Refund requests are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.

7. Availability and changes

The app relies on third-party services and may be unavailable, limited or changed at any time, including during maintenance. We may update features and pricing for future purchases.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. To the extent allowed by law, Melih Arık is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, for the accuracy or suitability of any design, or for service interruptions or loss of data, even if told they were possible. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Disputes fall under the courts of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept them.
